2024-2025 Compliance Training Released: Instructions for Accessing Courses

The Professional Learning team is excited to release this year’s 2024-2025 State-Required Compliance Training. We’ve adjusted the compliance packages to better meet the specific needs of the various departments within the district. Please ensure you complete the correct compliance package based on your role within Tulsa Public Schools. As a reminder, you will have the option to test out of most courses with a demonstration of mastery.

Compliance training must be completed by January 31, 2025.

What Compliance Package Should I Take?

There are five Compliance Packages available in the 2024-2025 school year. You will take the package that most aligns with your current role in the district.

24-25 SY All Certified School-Based Staff (Teachers, Librarians, Counselors, etc.)
24-25 SY All Classroom-Based Support Staff (Paraprofessionals, TAs, school-based Office Staff, etc.)
24-25 SY All District & Operational Support Staff (District Office, Custodial Services, Transportation, Child Nutrition, etc.)
24-25 SY [ESPAÑOL] District & Operational Support Staff (District Office, Custodial Services, Transportation, Child Nutrition, etc.) -- Instrucciones en español aquí.
24-25 SY All Part-Time Staff (Adjunct Coaches, Tutors, etc.)

How Do I Access the Compliance Packages?

Below you will find a series of screenshots to help you access Vector PD Tracking and this year’s compliance training packages.

To access Vector PD Tracking, you will click this link: https://tp1.goteachpoint.com/sso/login?district=tulsaschools

You will be prompted to login to your Tulsa Public Schools credentials (5x2@tulsaschools.org)

Once you are logged in, you will arrive at the Vector PD Tracking homepage.

Click the icon of the Graduation Hat.

You will see the Vector PD Tracking homepage.

Click on the Vector Training tab to see the Compliance Package options.

Click on the Compliance Package you want to enroll in

NOTE: If you do not see the compliance packages listed, please use the search feature and type in the name of the specific package.

For example, you would want to search for: 24-25SY All Certified School-Based Staff if you are Certified Staff.

Click on Launch New Course.

This will open a new tab.

Click on the arrow to begin the course.

Click Start Course to work through the compliance package.

When you have finished your compliance package, your Vector PD Tracking homepage will reflect those hours immediately.

NOTE: To return to the coursework at a later time/date, you’ll access the Compliance Package under My Activities in Vector PD Tracking.
