How to print out Access ID and Password Letter for Parents or Students Student PowerSchool Password: All students can log into PowerSchool with their Google K12 account through SSO. Clicking the 'Student Sign In' button will log them in automatically on a Chromebook, or they can use their standard TPS Google credentials on a PC if prompted. Login here: https://powerschool.tulsaschools.org/public/ Parent PowerSchool Access ID: Log into PowerSchool as an administrator Select a student(s) For multiple students: From the Group Functions drop-down select Print a Report > ACCESS ID - PARENTS For a single student: Click the printer icon at the top to the right of the student's name and in the "Which report to print" dropdown, select "Access ID and Password Letter for Parents" Leave all other options as default Press Submit Send to printer from report queue
