Student Fee Searches
You can use PowerSchool Admin to search for students at your school who currently have a fee balance. This can be useful to print balance reports and to select the group of students for use in other PowerSchool functions.
Use this search term to find students with a positive balance:
*fee.fee_balance#;*fee.fee_balance#0
Once you have selected all students with a positive balance, you can export the balances in a Quick Export with the following fields:
^(Fee_GetStudentBalance)
To export using the 'Custom Student List' function, you must use this field: Fee_GetStudentBalance
